Early Morning Care: Preschool-5
St. Anne School’s Before Care program for students age 3 through Grade 5 is intended to help parents whose schedules require before-school care for their children. The program provides care for children starting at 6:30 AM on days that school is in session. During this period of time, children can study, play and enjoy a light snack (parent provided) before school starts.  

Pricing: $5.00 per day, per child.

 

In the After Care program students will receive a daily snack and juice, have supervised play time, and are given homework assistance. The program provides care for children from 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM on days that school is in session for the full day. 
Pricing: $10.00 per child, per day. 

Location:
Early Morning Care is located in the Father Callahan Room. The elementary teachers will be supervising this on a rotating basis.  Students should be walked to the center doors.  Students will need to be signed in. If the doorbell is not answered in a reasonable amount of time, use the intercom (located next to the left-side MAIN ENTRANCE door) to communicate with the school office, or call 815-288-5619.

 

Aftercare is located in the Father Callahan Room. Children will be walked to the Father Callahan Room by Ms. Seyller (Aftercare teacher) at the end of the school day, or if a child has not been picked up by 3:15 PM they will be sent to Aftercare. Students can be picked up from Aftercare by using the double doors located at the west side of the school facing Brinton Avenue. Students must be signed out by their parent/guardian, or an adult that has been prearranged by the parent and school. We will be providing an online form soon to encourage contact-free sign out. 

Registration and Payment:
Before Care and Aftercare are services St. Anne School lovingly provides to our families. Utilize the service as little, or as often, as needed. We do ask that you pay the fee on the same day that you utilize either services, if you have not already prepaid. Payment will be made by FACTS. There is an additional charge for Aftercare if you child is not picked up by 5:30 PM.
