Children preparing for their first Holy Communion will participate in their first Reconciliation.
Dress should be church-appropriate.
Parents and child are the only ones that need be present for Reconciliation. Siblings are welcome, but it is a service which can last an hour and we want the focus to be on your child who is having their First Reconciliation.
If there is enough interest in babysitting services, please let Mrs. Oswalt know ASAP and she may be able to arrange.
We will have your children receive their First Reconciliation with Father Doyle first, then we will offer reconciliation for family members. The Catholic Church asks that you attend Reconciliation at least once each year. We invite you to participate in Reconciliation to show your children the beauty of this sacrament.
There will be assigned seating in the Church for First Reconciliation.
